Ann listed a piece of undeveloped property I held in Lancaster, CA. I acquired this land thru a family member's death (inheritance). I live in another state and had no use for this land, nor did I wish to wait out a poor market in hopes it would increase in value over time. Ann was wonderful about advising me of current market conditions in Lancaster, the local comps, and different options for the land should I wish to subdivide, etc. The land took over a year to sell, but considering the market conditions, demand for that type of property, and changes to economic landscape over that year, I was very satisfied with the eventual sale.
